I have provided some programming updates since our last Committee call.
Photo Presentation at Dinner - A screen will be set up to display memory book photos during the Alumni Emeriti dinner.
AE Transportation Needs - Golf carts will be located on the loading dock of Bartlett after the Saturday morning breakfast. These carts will transport Emeriti in the Alumni procession to the Alumni Convocation. A University staff member will be present to carry the Alumni Emeriti flag if alumni are not able to carry it.
Golf carts are available all weekend for anyone with transportation needs. All University staff members should have access to order golf carts to any location on campus.
