Hello everyone,

Attached are the notes from Wednesday’s Committee Call. Please let me know if there are any additions, edits, or corrections that I should make.

I’ve also attached the preliminary schedule for Alumni Weekend to help give everyone an idea of when would be best to schedule events. (Note: Attachments posted separately)

Here are some points that require immediate attention from the committee or from me:

Outreach –
*Committee members to tell Christopher of what year(s) they would like to contact
**Christopher to coordinate with volunteers to ensure that outreach is efficient / not duplicative.

Dinner arrangements –
**Christopher to report back on tent arrangements (size, how long they will stay up, whether there will be a main hospitality tent), and on whether other groups will be using / walking through the Berwanger trophy room.
**Christopher will report back next week with Dennis Hutchinson’s availability to speak at the dinner

** Christopher to find copy of Linda Neal’s proposal for an Alumni Senate.
